The packages below represent standard configurations for the
Craig Newmark Auditorium based on recurring guest preferences.
Hardwired can also design a bespoke production
for your event if you prefer.

Package pricing is based on a 10-hour day:
The technical production team requires 2 hours to set up and program
event-specific assets to be “show ready” prior to rehearsals or guest arrival.
1 hour is also required at the end of the day to reset, store and secure the venue technology.

It is assumed that the AV team can partake in event catering or will be provided meals onsite.
If this is not possible, 1-hour “walk away” meal breaks will need to be factored into the production schedule.

This equates to 6-7 hours of “hands-on-keyboards” event operation for the 10-hour day rate.

For events exceeding 10 hours (including setup, rehearsal, and reset) the rates are:

$400 per each additional hour (Essential Package)
$600 per each additional hour (Essential + Recording Package)
$800 per each additional hour (Essential + Recording + Streaming Package)
